We are here to provide you with a plan, training, support, accountability, community and RESULTS. Whether this is 1-2-1 Personal Training, Group Personal Training or a Gym Membership we will assist you on your life changing journey.

OUR SERVICES

1-2-1 Personal Training

At KCPT we have over 10 years of experience in providing the best Personal Training experience. The knowledge, experience and support we can provide you is among the best in Perth, please look at our Client Results to see this.

Our aim is to deliver high-quality sessions to achieve your results, maximise your potential and create an enjoyable experience along the way. Our trainers are professional, friendly, hard-working and supportive in helping you achieve your results.

Sessions are booked in blocks of 8.

Group Personal Training

These groups are tailored to all levels of ability and are great for motivation by training together. Training in Groups of 4-8 people means you are still getting a personalised service where exercises are tailored and you are still maximising your own potential.

This is a more affordable option but still gives a great full-body workout in a motivational environment with other like-minded people. These sessions can be chosen weekly, from our convenient booking App.

Gym Membership

At KCPT we provide a friendly, inspiring and welcoming environment. There are different options to suit everyone, you do not need to be a client to use the gym. The Gym Membership gives you access to use the gym on your own. We can provide Gym Programmes for each individual if required, templated programmes for you to use when in the gym, all different strengths and abilities. We make sure that all of our members know how to use our facility safely and correctly, this allows them to get the best use out of their membership.

Please be aware that to use our gym you must agree on time slots, this is to limit numbers at certain times of the day.
